Precautions for installation of plastic wood flooring:

(1) The installation base is required to be leveled, and the plastic-wood keel specifications are configured according to the installation height.

(2) Generally, when installing plastic wood flooring, the span of the keel should not exceed 33cm, and at least 3 keels should be used for a single floor. The span of the keel depends on the thickness of the floor. If it is a hollow floor, the wall thickness should also be considered. The thickness and wall thickness of the floor directly affect the span of the keel. Please strictly follow the manufacturer's regulations when installing.

(3) Stainless steel self-tapping screws are durable and are the best for installing wood-plastic profiles; the length of the screw varies with the thickness of the plate. Generally, the screw length is calculated based on the depth of the screw into the keel of 20mm, and the screw should not be tightened too tightly. .

(4) The fasteners matched with the plastic wood floor make it easy to install the plank. The fasteners and screws are supplied together. The fasteners will naturally form a gap between the two floors. Do not squeeze the fasteners to reduce the space and prevent the floor from rising. crack.
