Cork is the protective layer of Chinese eucalyptus, that is, bark, commonly known as cork oak. The thickness of cork is generally 4.5 mm and the quality of cork is 8.9 mm. Compared with solid wood flooring, cork flooring is superior in environmental performance and moisture resistance. There are three main types of cork flooring: the environmental protection grade is the same as the laminate flooring grade, and it is divided into two grades, E1 and E0. The cost of the JAS star standard is too high. 1 pure cork flooring. The thickness is 4, 5 mm, which is very rough and original from the color of the flower, and there is no fixed pattern. Its biggest feature is that it is made of pure soft wood. Its installation adopts the adhesive type, that is, it is directly pasted on the ground with special glue. The construction process is more complicated and the flatness of the ground is also higher. 2 cork mute floor. It is a combination of cork and laminate flooring. It adds a layer of cork of about 2 mm to the bottom of ordinary laminate flooring. It has a thickness of 13.4 mm. When the person walks on it, the bottom layer of cork can absorb a part of the sound and play a role in lowering the sound. 3 cork floors. There are three layers in the cross section. The surface layer and the bottom layer are made of natural cork. The middle layer is covered with a HDF board with a lock. The thickness can reach 11.8 mm. The surface layer and the bottom layer are specially treated to have both elasticity and strength. The consistency of the HDF board is greatly enhanced by the stability of the floor. Two layers of cork inside and outside can achieve a very good mute effect. The surface cork is also coated with a special high-grade flexible lacquer, which not only reflects the texture of the cork, but also plays a very good protective role. At the same time, this kind of floor uses the locking technology, which fully guarantees the strict and flat splicing of the floor, and can directly adopt the suspension paving method.
