Installation steps of Plastic-wood exterior wallboard:

When installing Plastic-wood exterior wall panels, Plastic-wood keel (or galvanized square pipe of corresponding size) is fixed on the wall surface first by using beautifying nails; the distance between keels is generally not more than 30 cm;

Fixed plastic wood exterior wallboard with stainless steel snap (or tapping screw) on keel, 3-5mm gap should be left between plastic wood exterior wallboard, and 5 mm section spacing should be recommended to prevent the swelling caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of plastic wood material.

When installing self-tapping screw, the drilling hole should be drilled at the corresponding position before tightening the self-tapping screw. At the same time, in order to increase the holding force of the self-tapping screw, the diameter of the drilling hole should be less than 3/4 of the diameter of the screw.

After the completion of the construction, in windows, corners and other places, can use edge-sealing strips for edge-wrapping, beautification, to prevent scratches on the external wall panels.
