Plastic Wood Floor Construction Precautions

1. Plastic wood flooring can be cut, sawed, drilled, spliced and opened with ordinary woodworking machinery.

2. Fix the plastic wood keel on the concrete floor with plastic expansion pipe. The distance between the fixed points of the expansion pipe is 500mm-600mm. The screw cap should be lower than the surface of the plastic wood keel. The plastic keel needs to be leveled.

3. When installing the fastener on the keel, use self-tapping screws to tighten. If the environment is too humid, it is recommended to use stainless steel self-tapping screws. If the welded galvanized square tube is used instead of the plastic wood keel to make the skeleton, the plastic wood floor is used. Stainless steel self-drilling screws should be used for the connection between the fasteners and the metal frame.

4. When tightening on plastic wood board with self-tapping screws, the drill bit should be used first, that is, pre-drilled; the diameter of the pre-drilled hole should be less than or equal to 3/4 of the screw diameter.

5, each junction of plastic wood floor and keel needs to use the installation buckle to connect the plastic wood floor to the keel.
