Precautions For Construction Of Plastic Wood Floor

1. Plastic wood floor can be cut, sawed, drilled, spliced and tenoned with common woodworking machinery.

2. The plastic expansion pipe is used to fix the plastic wood keel on the concrete floor. The distance between the fixed points of the expansion pipe is 500mm-600mm. The screw cap shall be lower than the surface of the plastic wood keel. The overall leveling is required for the fixation of the plastic wood keel.

3. When installing fasteners on the keel, self tapping screws shall be used for fastening. If the environment is too wet, stainless steel self tapping screws are recommended. If galvanized square pipe is used instead of plastic wood keel as the skeleton, stainless steel drilling screws shall be used for the installation of connecting fasteners between plastic wood floor and metal skeleton.

4. When the self tapping screw is used to fasten on the plastic wood plate, the twist drill shall be used to guide the hole first, that is, pre drilling; the diameter of pre drilling shall be less than or equal to 3 / 4 of the screw diameter.

5. Every junction point between the plastic wood floor and the keel needs to be connected and fixed with the installation buckle.
