Storage, Transportation And Stacking Of Plastic Wood Materials

Plastic wood floor is a new type of environmental protection wood plastic composite product. In the process of production and high-density fiberboard, the wood phenol is produced. The recycled plastic is added to make the wood plastic composite material through granulating equipment, and then extruded to make the wood plastic floor. It has many advantages and is one of the first choices for people's home decoration materials. However, businesses or customers need to pay attention to the storage of plastic wood floor.

Storage, transportation and stacking

1. Compared with wood, the proportion of plastic wood profile is large and its toughness is not as good as that of wood, so you should be more careful when using it. When lifting a WPC profile with a volume similar to that of wood, you may have to work harder and pay attention to breaking it.

2. When it is stored on the construction site, it must be placed on a flat ground.

3. When stacking profiles, they shall be placed from both ends of joists. The center distance between two adjacent joists shall be no more than 60cm, and joists shall be arranged vertically with profiles.

4. When the plastic wood materials are stacked outdoors, they shall be packed in a whole bundle and stacked flatly to prevent deformation due to sun exposure.

5. Since the friction coefficient of plastic wood is not as high as that of hardwood floor, it is not allowed to consign it on the plastic board during the transportation to damage the floor surface.
