Wood-plastic profiles are prepared by molding, injection molding, etc. Using these forming techniques, beautiful curved surfaces and beautiful patterns can be produced. Wood-plastic embossed carving technology and 3D printing technology can be used for the production of wood-plastic and opposite-shaped furniture. However, due to the high production cost, the current use range is narrow.

3. Wood-plastic connectors. The quality of furniture connectors mainly needs to pay attention to the nail holding force, support span, viscoelasticity and creep properties of the materials. It also needs to consider the use of furniture and furniture functions. The connection methods of different materials are also different. The enamel structure used in solid wood furniture can be used in wood-plastic furniture. The nail connection and riveting connection used in panel furniture can also be used in wood-plastic furniture, but these connection methods do not consider the condition of the wood-plastic material itself.
