WPC Floor Installation Steps

1. Sweep the ground: Clean up the garbage on the ground, including no corners, the ground is not clean, and there is a feeling of “sand” under the floor.

2. Find the level: the level error of the WPC floor should not exceed 2mm. If it exceeds, you should find a way to level it. If the floor is not flat, the feeling of the feet will not be good after the floor is laid.

3. Laying the bottom layer (optional): After the WPC floor is cleaned, first lay the mute layer, which can prevent noise during the use of the floor.

4. Cross-laying: The next step is to lay the floor. When laying, you should lay a long piece on the side of a short one, so that the cross-laying floor will not be easy to loosen, and the floor will be tightened with tools.

5. Fastening: After installing in a certain area, it is best to use a scrap board to fix the installed floor, and use the tool to smash the floor completely.

6. Select the pressure strip: the floor is laid. Next, the bead is installed. Generally, the high and low pressure strips are used when the floor is higher than the ground. The flat strip is used when the floor is as flat as the ground.

7. Safety bead: When installing the bead, be sure to bite the bead and the floor, and the screw should be tightened, otherwise the bead will be easily separated from the floor.
