In addition, the extruder head and cooling system are also important components related to the quality of extruded products. In addition to ensuring smooth transition and reasonable flow distribution of the runner design, the design of the nose also needs to focus on the pressure building capacity and temperature control accuracy of the nose, and reasonably arrange the heating and cooling device of the nose, so as to make the cooling speed and accuracy high, and achieve the purpose of ensuring product quality and output.
